FORWARD If memory serves, the very first meeting oF the Tanzer 22 Class Association had to be postponed due to a raging blizzard. It was not until the early months of 1971, January or February, that a handful of Tanzer 22 owners gathered to discuss the formation of a Class Association. By and large, none oF us knew much about Class Associations other than that we wished to form one for the Tanzer 22. Again, if memory serves, only 28 Tanzer 22s had been manufactured up until that time. That was 20 years ago. And I don’t think any of us in that room ever dreamt for a moment that someday there would be nearly 2300 Tanzer 22s spread across the country and we would be printing our Fourth newsletter compendium. But we are and here it is. Enjoy.
